Customers must ensure that delivery details are correct. Any additional costs incurred, as a result of incorrect delivery address details, will be the customer's responsibility.
Items sent out by our preferred courier service will require a signature. Any instruction to leave items without a signature is at the customer's risk, and Tallington Lakes Pro Shop cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
You can always collect items from the Tallington Lakes Pro Shop; please indicate this when you place your order.
We appreciate that, in December, some of your purchases may be for Christmas presents; and we know how fussy some people can be! Consequently we have extended out returns period.
As long as the item is still in a sale-able condition, in its original packaging and with tags; we will accept returns, as per our policy below, up to 8th January 2018. Items considered to have been worn/used will not be refunded! Unfortunately we cannot accept items bought before Christmas after this date.
How to Return Items

Label the outside of your package with your returns number.
Post your item to the return address.
Wait for notification of refund or replacement item.
Tallington Lakes Pro Shop Online is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to its customers, however, sometimes products may be found to be faulty or defective. If any product is found to be faulty or have defects upon delivery; you will be entitled to a replacement free of charge or a full refund (including postage fees incurred) within 28 days of receiving product. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of receiving product.
If a product is returned to us, and the product is found to be in good working order without defect or fault, we will return the product to you at your expense.Any goods returned without a returns number will NOT be processed.
Please note: we cannot accept any bikinis/swimwear back if they are returned without the sanitary strip.
Wrong size or don't like colour
If a product you purchase from Tallington Lakes Pro Shop is unsuitable or the incorrect size for you, we will provide a replacement free of charge or a full refund, provided it is returned in its original, unused and resalable condition within 7 working days of the date of receiving your order.
When returning goods to us, the customer will incur any postage fees. If we arrange to collect the goods for you, the cost to arrange collection will be deducted from the refund. Please note that we do not refund postage for unsuitable or incorrectly sized goods.
New faulty items
Any items that have been received that are faulty before use please follow the standard returns procedure. Once the product has been received we will either dispatch a replacement item or give you a full refund including any postage costs.
Used failed items
Any items that have been received that are faulty after use we will need a few things from you. We will most likely need either the product to be returned or pictures sent to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. These will then be sent to our official supplier and then processed by them. Once confirmation of warranty we will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund.
Any product that you have ordered that is incorrect or doesn't fit, you will incur any return postage costs.
If a product is faulty we will incur postage costs.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order within 7 working days to receive a full refund. To cancel all, or part of your order, you must first contact us by either telephone or e-mail, after which you will be given a returns number which must be quoted with all returned goods. A full refund will be provided within 7 working days of cancellation.
When returning goods to us, the customer will incur any postage fees. If we arrange to collect the goods for you, the cost to arrange collection will be deducted from the refund. Please note that we do not refund postage for cancelled orders, unless the order has not been processed or sent.
Please note that we do not offer refunds in store on any purchases unless the
item is deemed faulty. (Subject to warranty check) we can offer an
exchange or credit note at your request within 28 days and 7 days for

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
Industry leading transaction security
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Internationally recognised encryption and data storage
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Private network links to banks
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
