How To Return Items

  1. Contact us on 01778 381154 or sales@tallington.com to explain the reason for return and to get your returns number.
  2. Label the outside of your package with your returns number.
  3. Post your item to the return address:
    Tallington Lakes Pro Shop Barholm Road Tallington Lincolnshire PE9 4RJ
  4. We will issue a refund once the item is received to store.

Returns Policy Online

Tallington Lakes Pro Shop Online is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to its customers, however, sometimes products may be found to be unsuitable or defective. If any product is found to be faulty upon delivery; you will be entitled to a replacement free of charge or a full refund (including postage fees incurred for UK customers only) within 28 days of receiving product. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of receiving product.

If a product is returned to us, and the product is found to be in good working order without defect or fault, we will return the product to you at your expense. Any goods returned without a returns number will NOT be processed.

Please note:
We cannot accept any bikinis/swimwear back if they are returned without the sanitary strip.
We cannot accept any skis that have had the bindings drilled and/or mounted to your specification.

Unsuitable Items

If a product you purchase from Tallington Lakes Pro Shop is unsuitable or the incorrect size for you; we will provide a replacement or refund, provided it is returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition within 7 working days of the date of receiving your order. Postage charges will not be refunded. When returning goods to us, the customer will incur any postage fees. If we arrange to collect the goods for you, the cost to arrange collection will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that we do not refund postage for unsuitable or incorrectly sized goods.

New Faulty Items

Any items that have been received that are faulty before use please follow the standard returns procedure. Once the product has been received, we will either dispatch a replacement item or give you a full refund including any postage costs (UK customers only).

Used Failed Items

Any items that have been received that are faulty after use, please email photographs of the product, product label and fault to: sales@tallington.com. These will then be sent to our official supplier and then processed by them. Once confirmation of warranty confirmed, we will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund.

Postal Costs

Any product that you have ordered that is incorrect or doesn't fit, you will incur any return postage costs. If a product is faulty, we will incur postage costs (UK customers only).

Cancelling An Order

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days to receive a full refund. To cancel all or part of your order, you must first contact us by either telephone 01778 381154 or email: sales@tallington.com, after which you will be given a returns number which must be quoted with all returned goods. A full refund will be provided within 14 calendar days of cancellation. When returning goods to us, the customer will incur any postage fees. If we arrange to collect the goods for you, the cost to arrange collection will be deducted from the refund. Please note that we do not refund postage for cancelled orders unless the order has not been processed or sent.

Returns Policy In-Store

Please note that we do not offer refunds in store on any purchases unless the item is deemed faulty (subject to warranty check). We can offer an exchange or credit note at your request within 28 days and 7 days for sale items; providing a valid receipt is produced. Please check in-store for clarification.

Christmas Returns

We appreciate that, in December, some of your purchases may be for Christmas presents; and we know how fussy some people can be! Consequently, we have extended out returns period.
If the item is still in a sale-able condition, in its original packaging and with tags; we will accept returns, as per our policy below, up to 10th January 2025. Items considered to have been worn/used will not be refunded! Unfortunately, we cannot accept items bought before Christmas after this date.
